Welcome to the website for the Reel Road Church of Christ. We are a group of Christians meeting in Longview, TX. We seek to follow the Bible as our only standard. If we can find authority for a given practice in the New Testament, then we will practice it. If we cannot find authority for a certain activity, we do not participate.

We urge you to carefully study the materials presented here and compare them to the Scriptures. If you find them to be an accurate representation of what is taught in God's word - we urge you to apply these messages to your life.

In all things, we urge you to obey the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ. Such obedience involves hearing the Gospel proclaimed, a belief that Jesus Christ is the Son of God, repentance from past sins, confession with the mouth that Jesus is the Christ - the son of the Living God and baptism for the remission of sins.

Here are some of the verses that teach this Bible plan of salvation: Mark 16:16, Acts 2:38, Acts 3:19, Acts 4:12, Acts 22:16, Romans 10:10-14, 1 Peter 3:21.

Our Purpose:

Our purpose for this website is that it serve as a tool to teach people more about the Bible - God's one and only message to mankind. We hope that you will carefully consider God's truths and make application to your life.

Who are We?

We are Christians only. We are not part of a denomination. We are a group of Christians that is trying to follow as accurately as possible the New Testament example. We follow the Bible as our only guide for life. We believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God and is God's only revelation for mankind.

We do not follow any creed or council. We are not governed by anyone except Jesus Christ as the head of His church.
